Comcast has a special mailbox feature for a family, so i receive mail under my wife's account at comcast.
I think (but am not sure) the way to hook INS provider with Fetch, Is to fill in information for the Host location, User, and password. (The host has 2 address lines: 204.127.198.4 and 63.240.76.4); I get the same error message whether i use one or both.
I keep getting error message "-1". I assume that
User is my wife's name, account holder; password is her password.
Where is my mistake? Appreciate your help very much!

Are you sure that Comcast provides FTP access to that account? Fetch is an FTP client, so it will only work if Comcast is providing FTP access.

    Thanks,

    Jim,
re: my connect problem i submitted on 6/9/04:
I spoke with Comcast tech support, and they say they handle FTP through port 21.
I filled in the lines and asked for10 connect attempts (I did not fill in "Initial Directory" which i don't know) . I get no response, no error message, just a running dog. Que pasa? Again, I appreciate your help.
