  here is where i'm at:

  FTP root at ftp.gostl.com
  To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.

  I go into Open FTP site in windows explorer and i get:

  i GET THE FLASH LIGHT AND THEN THIS: FTP folder Error
  An error occourred opening that folder on the FTP Derver. Make sure you have permisssion to access that folder.

  Details:
  A connection with the server could not be established.

  I can use this folder at work but not from home.

  PLEASE I NEED HELP.

  Hi Tamie,

  This message board is for discussion about Fetch, the Macintosh FTP client, so we aren't really familiar with Windows or using FTP in Windows Explorer.

  However, as best as I can tell, it sounds like either there is a problem with the server, or whoever uploaded those files for you didn't set the permissions on the folder correctly. Your best bet may be to contact the people or company who run the FTP server and ask them for help.
