problems with existing shortcuts after upgrading to 5.7.3 (2 posts)

  Hi

  I've just moved to Mountain Lion on a new mac and so I've upgraded my old Fetch 4 to the latest Fetch 5.7.3

  Now none of my shortcuts work - i get a message saying the server says I don't have the required permissions

  But I do - because they still work on my old mac running Fetch 4 on OS10.6.8

  Help!

  Hi,

  Thanks for reporting this problem; we should be able to get it straightened out. It would be helpful if I could look at your Fetch.log file, which contains information about errors Fetch has encountered. Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu, and then choose "Show Fetch.log in Finder" from the File menu? Then send that Fetch.log file to bugs@fetchsoftworks.com . I'll take a look and see what I can figure out.
