    Everytime I go to use Fetch it has disappeared. This time when I found it I got a message telling me I have a trial version that will expire and need to buy it again...

    If you've purchased it before you don't need to buy it again; send a note with your name and address to serial @ fetchsoftworks.com to retrieve your serial number.

    I don't understand why Fetch seems to disappear for you. You can put Fetch anywhere you want on your computer, and it should stay where you put it.
