Hi,
Quitting Fetch is all you need to do if you're done, there's no need to close the window first. Fetch will properly close the FTP connection in either case.
Thanks,

Hi. I am new to Macs (bought an iMac and wondering why I waited so long; it's great) and I'm becoming more familiar with how some of these programs work. Purchased Fetch and I am curious as to the correct way to close out. If I have an ftp connection open and I'm ready to close, should I first click the red X icon in the upper left, and then the Quit (cmd-Q, or menu, etc.), or can I just go ahead and Quit (cmd-Q, etc.) and that's enough? Not sure if I should do both steps or just the latter is enough to close and quit.
TIA
