Hi,
Thanks for purchasing the Fetch upgrade!
When you purchased the upgrade, you should have been emailed a receipt that included a new serial number. You need to enter that new serial number (which begins with FETCH55) into the Fetch upgrade, instead of your old serial number.
If you have not received the email containing your new serial number, please send an email saying so to serial@fetchsoftworks.com and we can look it up for you.
Please let us know if you're still having problems after trying to enter the new serial number.
