Puzzling error msg. (2 posts)

    After downloading Fetch, I tried to access Fetch in order to upload my website to a host, Netfirms. Got this pop-up msg.: "Document Fetch 4.0.3 New Engine. situation could not be opened because the application program that created it could not be found. Could not find a translation extension with appropriate translators". I'm on an iMac, using OS 9. So why can't the Application program be found?

    Do you have a file named Fetch_4.0.3.sit? If so you should drop that file on your copy of StuffIt Expander. If you don't have Expander, or have an old version (before version 5) you should download a new copy from http://www.stuffit.com .
