I am trying to create a hyperlink to a Quicktime movie file.

    1) Where do I upload the file to? - in the main directory or in another folder in the main directory?

    2) What protocol do I use? I've tried ftp, http, https, and a few other. What is the proper way to write the link? I have been writing the above protocols/(my site)/(file name) and the same plus (Movies folder)/(file name) - getting nowhere.

    Very frustrated.

You can upload the file to your main folder or a subfolder -- it is up to you.

As for the link, the simplest link would be something like:

That link assumes that the movie is named "mymovie.mov" and that it is in the same folder as the HTML page with the link. You don't have to specify http or https -- the web browser following the link will use the same protocol used to view the web page (probably http).

    Thanks,
