My dock bar has an icon that says Fetch (two globes connected with a blue hose), but when it opens my company's ftp site, the menu bar at the top of my screen says RBrowserLite. Is this a different program? Why can't I see the Fetch screen that has the "put" and "get" icons?

Yes, RBrowserLite is a different program from Fetch. The Fetch icon is a picture of a dog. It sounds like perhaps you have a copy of RBrowserLite that has been renamed to Fetch, or an alias named "Fetch" that points to RBrowserLite, and then that icon has been added to your Dock.

If this is a company machine, or a machine you share with others, you may want to talk to the other users and find out why they did this and tell them you want Fetch back!

Otherwise, you can download a real copy of Fetch from our website, http://fetchsoftworks.com . First drag the Fetch icon to the Applications folder, then open the Applications folder, and drag the Fetch icon to the Dock. (Be sure to drag the Fetch icon to the Applications folder first; do not drag the one from the Fetch disk image to the Dock.) Once Fetch is working, you can drag the old mislabelled icon out of the Dock.

    Thanks,
