Hi,
If you still have those five files, we'd very much appreciate it if you could please archive them (either as StuffIt or by using the Finder's Create Archive command) and email them to us, along with a short description of the problem you were having, to:
bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com
And we'll try to figure out why they were making Fetch quit on launch.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

I had essentially the same problem as ljkelly, but there was no Fetch.crash.log in the CrashReporter folder. Fetch 5.1b2 would appear in the dock, when launched, and would promptly disappear. In other words, it would come up and immediately quit (not crash). I found that Library/Preferences contained three (3) Fetch* names, and two (2) plist files with "fetch" in their names. I dragged all five of these into a temporary folder on my Desktop. These five files were associated with Fetch 5.0.5, which I had before getting Fetch 5.1b2. After draining Preferences of these five files, I was able to successfully launch Fetch 5.1b2.
