Thanks for that feedback, we will look into providing that feature. In the meantime, if you like you can record an AppleScript to open the Fetch connections you need. To do that you would:
1) Open AppleScript Editor (found in the Applications folder)
2) Click the Record button
3) Open Fetch and open the connections you want to open, positioning the windows the way you like
4) Back in AppleScript Editor click the Stop button, and save the script as an application.From then on you can open the connections and position the windows by running the saved script.

Most other OS X Apps will re-open multiple windows when restarting the program. How can I get Fetch to do that? I have sixteen separate FTP folders I want to go to to organize pictures on a server by year. I have to re-open every window and organize them when re-opening Fetch.
