I recommend that people download the trial version and enter their serial number. If you can e-mail your order number (or just your e-mail address) to matthews@fetchsoftworks.com I'll look up your order and figure out why it isn't taking your serial number.

Hello,
I need to reinstall fetch. The downlad options say click reinstall, but there is no place to actually do that. So, I tried trial, but that will not accept my old serial number. How does one do a reinstall without a reinstall option actually there?
