  I had a problem with my laptop and had to reload all of my programs. I purchased Fetch 5 throught the internet from Fetch Softworks. I need to reload it and I do not have a disk. How can I reload my program.

  You can download a new copy of Fetch from our home page:

  http://fetchsoftworks.com

  Then you just use the serial number you were sent when you bought it to re-register it.

  If you do not have a record of your serial number, contact us at:

  serial at fetchsoftworks dot com

  and we can help you find it again.
