    Send document to Fetch someone has tried to take off before completed file. Now cannot remove the said file says it does not exsist. Is this because was not completed, and how do I remove the annoying lettering.

    Hi,

    I would try doing the following:

    * Quit Fetch.
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Reconnect to the server.
    * Choose View > Refresh (in Fetch 5) or Directories > Refresh File List (in Fetch 4) from the menu to refresh the file list.
    * If the file you want to delete is still listed, select it and try to delete it. If it is not still listed, you are done.

    Let us know if this does not help.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    After you try to delete the file and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message?

    We'll take a look and see if there's a way for Fetch to delete the file; but most likely the server is confused, and you'll have to contact the server administrator to get it removed.

    Thanks,
