Retrieving shortcuts from corrupt Fetch (3 posts)

    Hi there,

    My copy of Fetch has become corrupt, giving me a -199 error and never launches. I can reinstall the Fetch, but want to retain my long list of shortcuts.

    How can I obtain the shortcuts?

    Any help is very appreciated!

    The shortcuts are in the "Fetch Shortcuts" file in your Preferences folder. If you install a new copy of Fetch it will still use that file, so you shouldn't have to do anything special. The only possible problem is if the Fetch Shortcuts file itself is corrupt. In that case I'd recommend emailing it to bugs @ fetchsoftworks.com and I'll take a look.
