    Why does the registration need to have an email from fetch softworks so you can copy and past the number? When typed in, the program does not accept it. Just bought the FTP in June of 2001, help. Need to use it as soon as possible.

    Make sure you are also typing the serial number name in the receipt; that's a common problem.

    I'd like to get away from having to copy and paste the serial number. One way is to use the Purchase... command in the program rather than purchasing from the web store.
