  I know Calendar can be scheduled to automatically mirror using Fetch. My question is: Can Calendar (or something else) be used/scheduled to automatically quit Fetch after it is done mirroring?

  Yes, you could schedule this AppleScript:

  tell application "Fetch"
  quit
  end tell
