  Can I download and use Fetch on a second computer?
  I tried but the Name/serial number from my Fetch are not "CORRECT"on the second computer.

  Hi,

  The Fetch license permits you to install Fetch on two computers as long as you are the only person who uses it. If more than one person will be using each computer, you should get additional licenses.

  This sounds like a problem of your serial number name and serial number not being entered correctly. You should contact us at our support email address to confirm that you have the correct information; however, I see that you have already done that, so hopefully you're all set.
