Security Issues (2 posts)

While I was uploading files to an FTP server using Fetch, I noticed the audio of a video I had watch on a news site earlier in the day was playing through my speakers even though I didn't have that web page open any longer. I could not find what program was playing the video. It did not appear to be my browser or any of its tabs/windows nor any other program. However, when I quit Fetch, the audio stopped playing which I found curious and a bit suspicious.

Are there security issues of which I should be aware?!

    PS...Fetch is up-to-date.

I think it was just a coincidence that the audio stopped around the time you quit Fetch. The audio was probably being played by Flash or another browser plugin, and evidently there was a failure to shut down the plugin when you closed the web page. There's no reason to think that Fetch was involved.

    Thanks,
