Security pull down not there (3 posts)

    I need to connect to a Kerberos server and I have the MIT software. When I open Fetch, I do not get the pull-down that allows me to select GSS. The documentation describes this as automatically appearing when Fetch is open but it isn't there. I have 4.0.3. What am I doing wrong!

    Are you running Mac OS X 10.2 or 10.3? Do you know what version of the MIT Kerberos software you installed?

    I ended up deleting everything relating to Fetch and Kerberos and reinstalling. That gave me the security pulldown. Not sure why it didn't work without removing all those files, I didn't check the docs to see if that was needed.
