    I can't register my recent purchase of FETCH. There is an error with the serial number. It keeps telling me that it has to begin with FETCH and have 30 characters, which it has. I have copied and pasted the serial number and it still doesn't work.

    Any suggestions? Can I speak with a customer service rep?

    Fetch is very picky about serial numbers (something we're working to correct), so even a stray space or carriage return character shows up as an extra character, and results in that "must have 30 characters" message. We recommend using copy and paste, but be careful to not copy the carriage return at the end of the line. If it still is not working I'd recommend taking a screen snapshot by typing cmd-shift-4 and sending it to bugs @ fetchsoftworks.com.
