    My serial number was not accepted in 4.0b4. You were going to contact everyone with the problem and give them a complimentary code. I know you're busy, but will we have them before the trial expires (May 17?).

    First of all I apologize for not responding sooner -- I managed to miss your message.

    If you had the problem with 4.0b4 in January please send a message to serialbug@fetchsoftworks.com, and we'll send you a serial number for 4.0.
