    hi

    just downloaded the trial version, and am unable to find the serial number/password for the trial on the website. any help would be appreciated,

    You shouldn't need a serial number to use the trial copy. If it says that the trial has expired you can wait awhile and eventually the "Next Time" button will become enabled, and you can proceed with the trial.
