  I got a new computer, installed Fetch, trying to enter my serial number (which I have from my records) and it's not working or recognizing it. I've tried 20 times, retyped, copy/pasted. I am definitely entering the serial number correctly. Please help! Thanks.

  Hi,

  Could you contact us at bugs@fetchsoftworks.com ? Specifically, could you send a screen snapshot of the Enter Serial Number window with the serial number and serial number name entered? I'll see what I can figure out.
