    I received the following error:

"Server Error - Dropped Connection - May be too busy"

Any ideas? I've never recieved this before.

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you get the error? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal it.

    Thanks,

You might try connecting to the server with its IP address (rather than just the name "fridge"). And you should confirm that fridge is running FTP server software that is accepting connections.

We did try it with IP address. The server is running FTP software. Everything was working fine until today.

Can you connect with any other FTP client, such as a web browser? To connect with a web browser the URL should look like this:

    ftp://userid :password@fridge/

    Thanks,
