  When I try to upload a file I get a message saying "server error overwrite permission denied". How do we fix this?

  Hi,

  The server is saying that you don't have permission to overwrite a file or folder on the server. The first thing to check is whether you mean to overwrite anything. If you do, and think you should have permission, you can select the item and click Get Info to view and possibly change its permissions. If you can't change its permissions I would recommend contacting your hosting company for assistance.
