I am afraid I am a techno-peasant and do not know what to do when faced with the message "Server response: access denied" when I am uploading a file.

    Any ideas folks?

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you get this error? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal that window. It may contain clues as to what is going wrong.

    Thanks,

It looks like the bakerm is not configured (on the server) to have permission to upload files. That's something that would be fixed in the server configuration interface.

Thanks for this information Jim. Is the configeration something I am able to do?

    Cheers,

No, it probably needs to be done by the server administrator.
