Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see this problem? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open it.
Also, does it help to choose "Refresh File List" from the Directories menu?

..., file not found or no access.
When I log on using fetch, the folder names appear to have unix prefixes in front of the names, which make the folder not recognized by the server. these prefixes are not present when I log on using my browser. Basically, I cannot access any folders within my ftp site because of this.
Here is what it looks like for the folder named "images":
drwxrwx--- 1 owner group 512 Aug 02 2002 Images
Please help...
