    This happens after beginning a download. After this message, Fetch must be restarted to resume any downloading. However, the message appears again after 4 or 5 files have come down.
    Mac OS 9.2.2
    Prefs: Automatic and "Automatic defaults to text" checked or unchecked (makes no difference in the result)
