I believe it's possible on my server to have different passwords for different file folders? Is that right? And how do I do that? I'd like to assign part of our Boston Terrier rescue site to another person for help, but don't want them messing with the home page and such that I've spent so long working on. Trying to avoid newbie boo boo's. Thanks for any help.

    Hi,

Generally most hosting accounts come set up with just one user and password. However it may be possible to set your account up with multiple users and multiple passwords, and to allow different users to have access only to certain folders.

This is a question you should ask your hosting provider (the folks who provide the server to you). They can tell you if it's possible and how to set it up; setting it up will require changes on the server that Fetch cannot make for you.

(Creating new usernames and passwords, and assigning owners to folders, are not things Fetch can do. However, once it's all set up, Fetch will honor the new settings and will only allow the users to make changes to the folders they have permission to change.)

    Thanks,
