    Hi,

We'll need some more information to help you out. What site are you connecting to? What is the exact message you received, and what were you doing when you got it?

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Error messge:
Fetch could not get"Marsh_TermLifeInsurance.txt" because a requested file or folder was not found on the SFTP server.
If you entered a file name, folder name, or URL, you may want to check its spelling and capitalization. Server responded: "File not found"

I was able to download the file without any problems on a PC running windows XP Pro using secure FTP.

That's very strange. Fetch opens the file, and then asks the server for more information about the file, and the server says it doesn't exist!

I would be interested in more information about this server. Could you ask the server administrator for the brand and version number of the SFTP server software, and the operating system of the server computer?

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews

Heres the info from the administrator:
That is interesting. We do have a couple people using Fetch here (the most current version) and it seems to be working okay. If you are willing to follow up with them, I would be interested to hear what they have to say about the issue. We use GlobalScape Secure FTP Server version 3.1.3 for Windows 2003.

Thanks for that information. So it sounds like some users are able to download files from that server, which makes it curious that you can't. Are you able to upload files (with the Put button)?

    Thanks,

Is there any chance we could access a test account on this server, and try to reproduce the problem?

    Thanks,
