Those options should become enabled when you bring the Fetch Shortcuts window to the front (by choosing "Fetch Shortcuts" from the Window menu) and selecting the shortcut in question by clicking on them. Does that work?

I want to edit or remove a shortcut but both os these options are permanently grayed out. How can I fix this problem?
