    Is it possible to change the "download folder" preference for my different shortcuts? I have three different ones and would like the files to go to three different folders. Thanks

    No, it currently is not possible to change the download folder on a per-shortcut or per-server basis. If you uncheck "Use download folder" in the Download section of Preferences Fetch will ask you where you want to save each download.
