I would suggest using the "Open..." command in the File menu to open the Fetch Shortcuts file. Does that work?

Nope... "error number -50"

If you could send the file to matthews@fetchsoftworks.com, I'll try to figure out what went wrong and send you a fixed file.
My apologies for the inconvenience.

Jim,
You where right.... it was a problem with the "Fetch Shortcuts" file in the prefs. I opened the file in BBEdit and noticed that the last shortcut that I added was "Real" and nothing else. I deleted the line and saved the file and re-launched Fetch and now all of my shortcuts are showing up again.
Thanks for the help!

I was using Fetch 4 this morning to upload some files. I quit the program and later opened it again to find that all of my shortcuts where missing. I can't even open the shortcut window. I tried opening Fetch 3 but it won't open my shortcuts either. I tried trashing the prefs and restarting but nothing has been able to fix the problem. I was able to open the Fetch Shortcuts file with BBEdit and it looks like all of the shortcuts are still there... Fetch just isn't reading the file.
