I have Fetch 4.03 using OS X 10.2.8. When I go to create a shortcut in the connection window the popup menu is in light gray and won't allow me to do it. In addition if under "windows" I click on shortcuts I get an error -50. The only way I am able to use any kind of shortcut is under recent connections which holds my previous connection. Any help will be appreciated.

It sounds like your "Fetch Shortcuts" file is corrupt. It's kept in your Preferences folder (on OS X that's in the Library folder of your home folder; on Mac OS 9 that's in your System Folder). I would restore an old version from a backup if you have one. Otherwise I would remove the file that is there (while Fetch is not running) and Fetch should create a new one.

    Thanks,
