    Hi

    My problem:
unable to set upload permissions or change permissions on files.

    Message:
Server Response: SITE command not implemented.

    I've read the Fetch Help:
If these commands do not work it is likely that the server does not support the Unix-derived permission commands (“SITE CHMOD” for changing permissions, and “SITE UMASK” for changing upload permissions).

is there anyway to set these commands on my server, or change them? It is a Unix server...but i'm unable to telnet in to it right now to change them in there...

If the server does not support SITE CHMOD there isn't much you can do about it, except ask the server administrator to change the server software.
