Hi,
The address used for uploading files to your web server via FTP, and the address used to display the files in a web browser are usually similar but not the same, and the FTP one will not work as expected in a web browser, as you've discovered.
Since Fetch only knows about FTP, it can't tell you what the correct address for accessing your files via the web is. The correct address with start with HTTP. Your Internet service provider or web hosting provider can tell you what the correct address to view your website is.
Thanks,

Hello - I uploaded files using fetch, but when I try to get the url the address always starts with "ftp" and therefore is not available to everyone. How do I get the uploaded documents to appear simply as a regulare item withing my website viewable to all.
Thanks!
