    After installing 10.2 my upload/download times have significantly increased. I am using 4.0.3. I've got a t3 and my transfer is only 16k/s. Any ideas?

    I haven't heard of that problem with 10.2. What sort of transfer rates were you seeing with 10.1? Do you see different transfer rates with other programs (e.g. downloading with your web browser)?

    My download times in OS9 are 115k/s from the same server I am downloading from in 10.2. Same connection, same version of Fetch.

    Wow, that's huge. I haven't seen that sort of behavior. Do you see the same slow downloads with other programs on OS X?
