Thanks for reporting that. Fetch does indeed create a small window called DockProgress (it's used to create the animated Fetch Dock icon with its donut-shaped progress bar, so you can see how far a transfer has progressed by glancing at the Dock). The DockProgress window is supposed to always be offscreen, so it's definitely a bug that you can see it. What sort of monitor do you have, and where on the screen does it show up for you?
Thanks again,

I have a MacBook Pro 13" with Retina to which often I connect a Dell 21" monitor (1600 x 1200). I use the Dell monitor as primary monitor when it is connected, with Fetch on the second monitor. (I also use Moom to rearrange windows when connecting/disconnecting the external monitor.)

I wonder if Moom is moving the DockProgress window onscreen. Do you see it if you don't use Moom?
Thanks,

Yes, now that I tried it I'm pretty sure it is caused by Moom.

I would contact the authors of Moom to let them know about this issue.

Since upgrading to Mavericks I'm seeing a small floating square windows namned "DockProgress". There is no way to close it. Not a big issue but I assume it's some kind of bug.
