    My sound crackled and went out when I was watching netflix. No netflix show has sound. The sound works okay on recordings, youtube and TV. I unplugged and replugged. still no sound. I checked on the computer and sound is working on netflix on the computer. Has anyone else had this happen. Could it be the heat as very hot here.

    We support the Fetch Mac file transfer program. We don't have anything to do with the Fetch TV device. You might have more luck at https://www.fetchtv.com.au/ .
