Yes, you can put the port number after the host name, separated by a space (e.g. "ftp.foo.com 4001").

Is there anyway in Fetch to specify a
different IP port (other than 21)
for a connection shortcut?
I need to connect to the Kerberized-ftpd
on port 4001 on a server.
