    I have the exact same probem. Router tech boy wants me to put in port numbers. I put in 21 which I understand is univeral for FTP??? Still couldn't upload.

    Can't upload anything. also the dog is pointing in the wrong direction like it's trying to download. I can upload if I plug directly into the modem no problem it is a router issue. However this is not a long term option as I'm half sitting on my pulled out cpu to type this and i need to network my computers.

    I have transcript of gobbledy gook if you need it.

    Hi,

    We're sorry you're having problems.

    First, you do not need to enter port 21 manually, Fetch will use port 21 automatically since it is the standard port for FTP.

    Could you give Fetch 5 a try? You can download a trial copy from http://fetchsoftworks.com . Try uploading through the router with Fetch and let us know if that works. If it doesn't, could you please send us the transcript from Fetch 5?
