Hi, I hope this message finds you well. I was trying for the first time to connect to a project in google cloud platform, I did everything they asked to connect via ssh though a public key and it worked fine; but since then, I just can't connect to any of the other servers I was working on through Fetch.

I'm getting this error: "An FTP connection could not be opened because the FTP server dropped the connection. Try again, or contact the server administrator to verify that the server is running".

But it happens with every site I had configured on Fetch before.
I already sudo kill every sql connection through the terminal but still I can't use Fetch.
Do you think you can help me understand what's wrong?

    I'm using Mac OS 10.11.6

    Thank you in advance,
    Ana

    Hi,

Could you try to connect to one of the servers, and then choose "Fetch Transcript" from the WIndow menu and post the contents of that window (or else send them to me at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback)? I'll see what I can figure out.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Try checking the "Do not send ADAT probe command" box in the Obscure section of Fetch Preferences. Does that help?

    Thanks,
