    Hello - I am a bit frustrated because the email I have been sent by the host company shows the host name ftp.xxxx.com (243.833.674 ) user name - and password which I copied and pasted to the fetch connection window and it times out - what can be the problem?

    I also went to register .com to transfer my dns number - my new one starts with ns not dns - is this correct?

    The IP address you posted can't be correct -- what did the hosting company tell you to enter as a hostname?
