  Hi,

  I was just wondering how long it normally takes for an email to be sent to a student requesting a download. I’ve requested twice in the last 6 hours and have not received a response.

  Hi,

  If you apply for a license from a .edu email address you should hear back within 5 minutes. If you apply from a non-.edu address it may take a day or two (e.g. on a weekend). If you haven't heard back by then you should check to make sure that our email wasn't put in your spam folder. You can follow up with us at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback .
