    Fetch whats to transfer all of my PHP, CGI and CSS files as binary. Where can I set these to default to text in OS X? Thank you in advance. Stace

    You should uncheck "Use Internet Config" in Preferences. Then choose "Suffix Mapping..." from the Customize menu and add mappings for .php, .cgi and .css, marking them as Text.
