Fetch Softworks

Will there ever be a fetch version with terminal window drawer so one can use code like:
gunzip filename.gz
tar -xzf filename.tar.gz
or better yet code like:
su -
In other words just incorporate the terminal into Fetch.
I currently use telenet which opens the terminal to the server and then from there I type "su -" to login as root but I can't do that with Fetch. so I can't access files that I need to on the server cause I don't have enough permissions. I can login as administrator but not as root.
which gives me lack of permissions.
Am I clear on this matter or do I need to be more clear?
