  User has a Intel Mac G5 running OS 10.7.5 with Fetch 5.5.3. When you open an ftp site and enter password, if you check the box to save the password, the following error appears.
  "The action could not be completed because the server is unreachable. Check your network connection and settings in the Network pane of System Preferences and try again."

  If you do not check the box, you can login to the ftp site without a problem. Everything else network related is working fine. I have created a default keychain for the user but still getting the same error and the keychain is working fine with all other applications. Any ideas why we are getting this error?

  Thanks for contacting us. The first thing I'd do is try upgrading to Fetch 5.6, which you can download from

  http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/Fetch_5.6.dmg

  If you're still seeing a problem, it'd be useful to see your Fetch.log file. You can find it by following these steps:

  1) Choose "Go to Folder…" from the Go menu in the Finder
  2) Enter:

  ~/Library/Logs

  and click Go
