  I just tried uploading a video file to Fetch and received the message: the parameter is incorrect. Can someone advise why this is taking place and how to solve it? Thanks in advance!

  Hi,

  The next time you get that error could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents? That will give me helpful information for figuring out what is going wrong.

  Hi,

  The server is giving Fetch that error when Fetch tries to upload a file named "4460 Munich 08:07:12.mov". It could be that the server does not support colon characters in file names. Could you try renaming the file (e.g. to 4460 Munich 08-07-12.mov) and trying that?
