  I tried to launch my old fetch even with the circle and a line through it and a window opens that states. "You need to upgrade contact fetch" So I went to the fetch website and filled in the form for my serial number. Then fetch sent me a link to download the fetch app. I downloaded it and i clicked the download to install it. the downloaded installer also has a circle and a line through the icon. When i drag it to my application folder it goes in the folder but when I click it it states the same thing that I need to upgrade? So what do I do?

  Hi,

  It sounds like you are running macOS 10.15 Catalina. I'm not sure why the download link was for a version of Fetch that doesn't work on Catalina; you should try this link:
